Tamurt Uzemmur) located in the Kabyle region of the wilaya of Bouira, has been known not only for its reliefs, but also by its fruits and oils from olive trees irrigated from the sources of its mountains.

o Hand harvest, This method allows you to choose the green olives and keep them intact, without lesions;
o Mechanical extraction, natural and cold so as not to affect the composition of the plasma membrane “vitamin E, monosaturated fatty acids and omega 3 & 6”. No other method can deliver a more pristine and richer product to our table than nature.
o Granule pulp grinding in the next 24 hours to avoid mold;
o Mixing with a synthetic fiber pad;
o Ecological production, and organic segment (environmental aspect);
o Works in a formal, structured and conditioned sector;
