		INGREDIENTS
- Rice
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 small can of corn
- Black olives
- 1 block of feta (you can replace it with mozzarella)
- 2 or 3 sprigs of parsley
- 1 lemon Olive oil
 
				PREPARATION
Cook the rice as directed on the package, drain it and let cool.
Drain and rinse the corn. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Rinse the parsley and chop it. Crumble the feta. Add all this to the rice, as well as the olives and mix. Season with vinaigrette
