For centuries...
For centuries, M’Chedallah (the land of olives known as
Tamurt Uzemmur) located in the Kabyle region of the wilaya of Bouira, has been known not only for its reliefs, but also by its fruits
and oils from olive trees irrigated from the
sources of its mountains.
The picking of these olives is carefully done by hand in a way
that they remain healthy until the extraction of a raw oil. The quality and the taste of the oils from these regions of Kabylia is the
first impression of each tasting .

Production and quality testing
Every day in our factory and at every step of the production run..
Our team of specialists and scientists perform hundreds of tests to
ensure that the product that comes out of our factory is only perfect. The secret of our quality -qualified by ONAB- :
- Hand harvest, This method allows you to choose the green olives and
keep them intact, without lesions.
- Mechanical extraction, natural and cold so as not to affect the composition of the plasma membrane «vitamin E, monosaturated fatty acids and omega 3&6». No other method can deliver a more pristine and richer product to our table than nature.
- Granule pulp grinding in the next 24 hours to avoid mold.
- Mixing with a synthetic fiber pad.
- Ecological production, and organic segment (environmental aspect).
- Works in a formal, structured and conditioned sector;
